Importance

People with different abilities will be able to use community tools in different ways. That means that some people will find them difficult or impossible to use. Although the gold standard of usability testing is to have people with a range of skills and abilities use a tool, some expertise in testing will take us a long way.

Noting the accessibility issues around each tool will make this directory much more useful.
